  • Manager facilitates all board meetings

  • Budget management: including reserve planning, financial statements and tax preparation

  • Communication with co-owners: newsletters, maintenance announcements, bylaw violations, etc.

  • 24 HR maintenance: coordinate work requests by association or co-owners and dispatch appropriate maintenance crews or contractors

  • Coordinate subcontracted labor: including lawn care, snow removal, cleaning and other maintenance work as needed

  • Weekly survey of property (frequency adjusted upon request)

  • Work with realtors and title companies to ensure smooth transfer of ownership when units sell

  • Dues collection, billing, accounts payable
